Join this BPIC Presents Symposium hosted by A Home Within for a thoughtful and community-centered conversation exploring Black men’s mental health, Black boyhood, fatherhood, healing, and collective care. This webinar brings together voices deeply connected to their communities to reflect on the barriers Black men face in accessing mental health support, the importance of emotional presence and mentorship, and what it means to create spaces where Black men are truly seen, supported, and cared for.

Together, panelists will explore questions such as: What prevents Black men from accessing or staying connected to mental health care? How does fatherhood intersect with healing, identity, and responsibility? What does a genuinely safe emotional space for Black men look like?

Grounded in hope, honesty, and community, this conversation aims to uplift the importance of connection, visibility, and support in the lives of Black men and boys.

Panelists include Dr. Charles C. Daniels, Kevin Kebede-Berhanu, and Pastor Dr. Anthony McFarland, with Michael Jennings serving as moderator.
