What is Cue-Centered Therapy (CCT)? CCT is an evidence-based intervention designed for youth aged 8-18 who have experienced chronic traumatic events. This integrative approach combines elements from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, interpersonal, expressive, and family therapies to address trauma-related emotions, thoughts, physiological reactions, and behaviors. By emphasizing the impact of accumulated stress throughout a lifespan (allostatic load), CCT empowers youth through increased knowledge and insight.

The Cue-Centered Therapy training program is designed with clinicians in mind.
