Course Description

A Foundational Introduction to the IFS Model" is a 120-minute evidence-based training for therapists. This session introduces the "what" of Internal Family Systems, presenting it as a compassionate and effective model for healing the trauma-bonds often created by attachment disruptions in foster care. The goal is to shift therapists from a traditional "monomind" perspective to the IFS paradigm of "multiplicity," viewing the mind as a natural internal family.
