Course Description

People impacted by foster care have higher rates of clinical social anxiety then the general public, often leading to patterns of avoidance and self-protection that interfere with connection and growth. This training introduces the concept of “social courage” as a compassionate, practical framework for helping clients face social fears while building confidence and resilience.
